The mL, meaning milliliter or millilitre, is a unit of volume measurement from France. It is equal to the cc, meaning cubic centimeter, and to 0.001 L.
As many recipes have been crudely converted from one system to another, a similarly crude conversion back may yield the original recipe. Crude conversions are as follows:
